Starting on 04/11/2004, Huong Son Hydropower plant (Ha Tinh) has a capacity of 33 MW/h, is gradually being completed the last step before officially went into operation in late August 2010.
 

On 28/07/2010, at a ceremony in Hanoi signed general contract Huoi Quang hydropower project. This project is for a capacity of 500 MW was built on the Son La province.
 

July 30, 2010 at the G10 - Thanh Xuan Nam - Hanoi, Song Da Holding successfully held the shareholders' General Assembly established the Song Da Viet Bac Joint stock company. On 09 May 07 2010, in Hall DIC Star Hotel, Ministry of Construction (MOC) and Vietnam Industrial Construction Group (VNIC) held a ceremony to hand over the state capital in the General Corporation for Investment and Development Construction (DIC Corp) by the Ministry of Construction Management to Vietnam Industrial Construction Group.
 

 

On 7th July 2010, Vietnam Industry Construction Group (VNIC) and Vietnam Resources & Environment Corporation have signed together a cooperation agreement at the opening ceremony of Vietnam Resources & Environment Corporation.
 

People’s Committee of Dong Nai province and Vietnam Industry Construction Group (VNIC) have just carried out signing an agreement on cooperation and investment. The agreement defined that the cooperation and investment in Dong Nai province would be a long-term strategic task for meeting the development and integration trend.
 

Xekaman 1 hydropower project which is owned by Viet-Laos Power Joint Stock Company with a total investment of USD441 million and total designed capacity of 322MW, was built in the downstream of Xekaman river (Laos) including two steps: the upper step for Xekaman 1 hydropower project and the below step for Xekaman Sanxay hydropower project. Xekaman1 hydropower project has a designed capacity of 290MW with two units, of which each has a capacity of 145MW. In the powerhouse, vertical Francis turbines are used with its normal water level of 230m; the lowest water level is 218m; the basin area is 3,580km2; the lake area is 149.8 km2 with its normal water level. The construction period of the plant is 5 years with annual power production of 1,096.56 million kWh.
